Our dogs look to us to keep them healthy and active. Providing quality food and supplements are a small price to pay for the love and devotion we receive from them in return. Pictured here are Jeanette Elia and her German Shepherd, Casey. Jeanette adopted Casey from the Albany, Georgia Humane Society and her dream has been to qualify Casey as a Delta Society therapy dog and make visits with Paws Patrol, a local therapy animal group. Lots of people had their doubts about the tiny lady with the huge dog, but last year Jeanette’s hard work paid off and Casey is now a certified dog and is making visits. This is all the more remarkable when you realize that Jeanette is in a wheelchair.
